Return with Portia and her younger brother, Foster, and cousin, Julian, as they re-discover an abandoned summer resort, consisting of deserted crumbling Victorian summer homes surrounding a vanished lake, which is now a swamp.

The three intrepid explorers search for hidden treasure in the mysterious old house the family has bought and is hard at work remodeling. Layers of history are revealed as old gowns and antique furniture from the original owner are discovered!
