This publication entitled "Encyclopaedia of Drug Abuse & Trafficking" provides readers with an introduction to drugs and related substances and tries to give readers a global perspective. The issues related to drug addiction, substance dependence and drug abuse are highlighted. Attempts have been made towards creating a realistic understanding of the problem adoptions for possible solutions. Both institutional and legal perspectives are provided as far as linkages between drug abuse, drug trafficking and human rights are concealed. An introductory overview of illegal drug trade is provided herein. It also discusses trafficking of another type and give spreaders human rights perspective on trafficking in human biter BS, especially among children. Global situation, impacts and influences due to trafficking in human beings are reflected upon briefly. Different perceptions, experiences and issues regarding trafficking in persons are dealt in detail. Also, strategies for prevention of trafficking in human beings, particularly with respect to rescue and rehabilitation, are analyzed at great length. A detailed bibliography has been provided along with list of related websites and links, so as to make the publication more user friendly and research oriented. This Encyclopaedia serves the purpose of an up-to-date reference book on the said subject.
