This partly illustrated story of Horatio Hope is based on the Seven Chakras in the human body and the ‘balls’ represent the energies of each. It is meant to show how hope is never lost and how compassion is always near. As we head to the end of the next decade (2010) there is a great need for faith to take the place of hope. For all things are possible, if only we believe. These are the further adventures of Horatio Hope, who had eyes as big as dinner plates, which never closed, even at night, for he did not go to sleep like humans. Horatio was neither tall nor short, fat or thin, had a generous smile, rosy red cheeks, rather large ears and a bald head. Horatio Hope simply was – ?? Horatio Hope! And he was known by everyone though many may not have been able to describe him. He lived in the Land of Dreams on an island in the middle of the Lake of Tranquillity with his friends Jimmy Joy, Leo Laughter, Suzy Smiles, Gertrude the Gentle, Harry Happy, Barry Bright and others of like kind, as well as his closest friend, Clara Compassion.
