Katie Green has a secret room in the gardens of the farm she lives on. No one can see inside this doorway to a magical world. To reward Katie’s efforts to save a Christmas Tree, Gilford Lizard, Mystic Wizard comes to visit. He’s a golden lizard, a protector of our world and the Kingdom of Cantonal. Over time, he takes Katie to many lands in his kingdom to meet all of his friends. Some are none you’ve ever heard of before, but who have the common thread of caring for their waterways, plant life and each other.
