Evelyn's child-hood was plagued by epilepsy and many times she almost died, but not all of her near deaths were from the epilepsy, they were the result of her dad Herbert beating on her, her ten younger siblings and her older sister Laura. Evelyn had five younger brothers, five younger sisters, one older sister and the two older rapist brothers. Evelyn didn't trust many, but she loved and trusted her older sister, Laura. Just before she was going into an epileptic seizure she whispered in Laura's ears saying, "I'm getting sick sissy."

Their dad, a Pentecost Oneness Evangelist, a Charlatan and nut case said; "Evelyn's fits are demonic straight up from Lucifer." Every time she had an epileptic episode her dad beat her till she pissed on herself and the floors then he beat her for that. All the other children and Evelyn hid around corners peaking in fear, knowing they were next to get a beating. These children's dad beat on all of them and sometimes the boys got it worse, but let's talk about Evelyn not the boys.

Someday, maybe the boys will expose their abuse from these horrid parents. Evelyn's child hood was worse than anyone's nightmare. Not because of the aforementioned epilepsy, but because her two older brothers beat and raped her and her six sisters every chance they got. The five younger boys were too little to know what was going on and couldn't protect the girls from the older boys, but her older sister Laura saw them raping her and she will never shut up about it. Laura couldn't protect any of her six sisters because she was getting beat and raped by them also, but she fought them.

Evelyn has always imagined different scenarios of how she's going to kill her two older brothers. In her mind and in this scenario and in the end as her story goes she killed them up in Ohio when they tried again to beat and rape her and believes that no one misses them.

Evelyn's dad sent her away when she was still little. None of the other kids, even Laura didn't know where he sent her and her siblings and extended family never saw her again. Herbert was infamous for getting rid of or sending his kids away to half way houses, setting them up to go to prisons or just outright running them off.

Every time any of the girls were given pretty dresses Herbert tore them up. He jerked the stitchings from the hems of the bottom of skirts and dresses, even the sleeves. The girls were not allowed to show their ankles, necks or pretty much expose any part of their body. They were not allowed to participate in school activities, gym classes, hold a deck of cards, look at comics, movies, TVs, radios, music, and OMGosh on and on with this bullshit. This made all the other kids make fun of them, throw things at them and not let them get on the bus. Most times, the girls had to walk to school. The boys weren't picked on as bad as the girls were.

As you may have guessed, this is one of Laura's little sisters. All six girls are a year apart so Evelyn is a year younger than Laura. The last time Herbert sent Evelyn off to a nut house, she got married and never came back. None of her family, not even her sisters knew what happened to her and she liked it that way. She feels they don't need to know, pry or get up in her business. Evelyn wanted a home and husband, but she didn't want to keep them for long.
