I wrote The Truth About Rape to fill a pressing need. As you are all too well aware, you may have experienced overwhelming confusion after having been raped. If you're like me, and many of the women I've counseled and spoken with, you have a million questions following your rape. From basic survival techniques such as how to get out of bed in the face of overwhelming sadness to long-term concerns such as reclaiming your sexuality. My own experience as well as others who have experienced rape. Soak them in, massage them to make them yours, learn and grow. Whether your rape occurred an hour ago, or twenty years ago, it's never too early – or too late – to begin taking care of yourself. The Truth About Rape contains over 600 Association, Internet, Book, and Video resources. The Truth About Rape is divided into two sections as shown below: Section 1: * Sample Therapy Sessions Section 2: * Sample Emotional, Spiritual, Physical, Sexual Recovery from Rape areas. * Each area includes Questions & Answers from both personal and clinical views. Resources are also included. Family & Friends: * Questions & Answers with both Personal and Clinical Views are also included.
