The Yaqui Kid saves the life of Paul Richards almost killed by in the desert while chased by a posse. Brad Stees has stolen the ranch that easterner Paul has inherited and Brad wants to ensure his robbery of the property being iron clad. The Yaqui Kid decides to help Paul but will these two be able to restore Paul's ranch to its proper owner and also save Paul's younger sister from Stees? Or will the sheriff be able to capture and hang the Yaqui Kid first?
