this is a book aimed at helping people who are having difficulty conceiving and takes a holistic approach to this. it includes a twenty eight day diet plan as well as a look at the complete lifestyle and incorporates any changes that may be necessary to aid conception. the aim of the book is to provide a plan, spread over 28 days, to encourage the adoption of a holistic approach to all aspects affecting fertility, and ways in which to improve these. it is primarily aimed at anyone who is experiencing difficulties in this area, and tries not to approach the subject in either a patronising or condescending manner, but rather to provide practical and easily attainable changes that can be made without too much effort.
