This e-book features five selected papers, which in various ways investigate aspects of the interaction between labour markets and HRM. All the papers were originally presented in the conference track “HRM and the labour market at the Global Human Resources Conference ‘Comparative HRM - Learning from diversity’”, held in Barcelona in Summer 2001
