'DAAGH' is highly renowned figure and his name is taken very respectfully in Urdu Shayari and reached to a height of great respect. 'Daagh' is counted in the first line of Indian poets due to special tone of Delhi and the eynicism of Shayari and poetry. Mestro Ak barabadi, Josh Malsari, Doctor Iqbal, Aga Shayar Bekhud Dehlawi and Ehshan Marsharvi, such renowned Shayar were originally the desciples of 'Daagh'.Nawab Mirja khan 'Daagh', the famous shayar, was born in Delhi in 1831. His father Shamshuddin Khan was the brother of Nawab Loharu. When 'Daagh' was just 5-6 years old, his father was expred. His mother married Mirza Fakhroo, son of Bahadur Shah Zafar, Since then 'Daagh' also started living ub the read fort of Delhi. During this time, he started doing poetry. In the the year 1856, Mirza Fakhruexpired and in the second year riot started, So he went to Rampur. Here he Started living with Shahzade Nawab Kalb Ali Khan. After death of Nawab, in the year 1887, he came to Delhi. Roaming here and there, in the second year he reached in Hydrabad. In 1980, Daagh went to Hyderabad and became the master of Nizam. He got nanu and fame, and respect here and in the year 1905, he expired here due to paralysis attack. It can be said for Shayari of 'Daagh' that the beauty of his poetry Shayari is in his tongue and his way of presentation. 'Daagh' became very amous due to presenting Shayari in easy language. Gulzare-Daagh, Aafratabe Daagh, Mahtabe-Daagh and Yaadgare Daagh are his four Diwaan which are very famous. Fariyade-Daagh is his long poetry.
