Bharathy Bhaskar is a Banker, Television Personality , Motivational Speaker and a Writer. She studied in the prestigious Anna University in Chennai where she completed her B Tech in Chemical Engineering and MBA. A person with brilliant academic record and accolades, she was an ace debater right through her school and college days.

She serves at a multinational bank as a Senior Vice President . She is a coveted television personality and a regular member of the prestigious Sun TV Debate Show which is an acclaimed program telecast on all important festival days. She is also one of the hosts of the morning break-fast program of the same channel. In this program, she,along with her co-host ,does a 20 minutes tete-a-tete on various topics . Both these programs are watched by lakhs of people from the Tamil community around the world.

Bharathy also delivers lectures on motivation to the young talent across schools, colleges and organizations. She is a diversity champion and is invited by organizations to address their employees and strengthen them to face the challenges faced in work places and in managing their work-life balance.Recently Bharathy has to her credit 2 books published. Both of these were serialized in popular Tamil magazines. For one of the books the foreword was given by none other than the SuperStar of tamil movies - Rajnikanth.Passionate about reading and believing in Thought Leadership, Bharathy Bhaskar has been awarded the prestigious Humour Club Best Speaker Award and Sriram Groups's Literary Award for year 2010.
